The Bar

This is what Brad is doing this week:

The Idaho Bar exam, a 2 1/2-day exam, consists of

  • the six-hour Multistate Bar Examination (MBE), weighted 33%;
  • six 30-minute Multistate Essay Examination (MEE) questions, weighted 25%;
  • two 90-minute Multistate Performance Test (MPT) problems, weighted 17%;
  • four 45-minute Idaho Essay questions, weighted 25%.

The successful applicant must score 70% of all possible points on the examination as a whole.

It sure doesn't sound much fun. He thinks he did ok on yesterday's essays, so that's a good sign. He finishes tomorrow afternoon. I'm excited to have a husband again.

My YW

So, I was a little nervous about being called into the YW again because last time it didn't seem to work so well.

But, this time, I'm loving it! I got to go to camp with 4 of the 6 girls last week and here we all are having a good time. Silvia, on the end, is the YW president in the Branch and she's very organized, which means no stress for me!

If you didn't notice the pooch in my belly (which is hard to do because it's like the focal point of the whole picture) then look again because that's 10 weeks worth of pregnancy sticking out.
That's right...baby #2 is on the way (arriving around Feb 18th).
I think I've made it to the "ok, I can deal with this" stage. Just a little nervous about not knowing where we'll even be in 7 months. But I guess that will add on to our adventures.

1st Hair Cut

My sister finally chopped off Alexa's mullet.

The chicken wanted to watch too.

I was a little nervous, but it looks soooo much better!

Practice Makes Perfect

Alexa developed an interest in changing diapers.

Not too bad

Maybe she can start changing her own soon.

Dayton Parade

If you've never been in a parade throwing candy and frisbees at people, you should try it. I didn't know it would be so fun!

We got to ride in the back of the Lewiston State Bank truck. Here's everyone waiting to get started. Ok, they're all eating the candy that we're supposed to be throwing. (Sorry I cut you off, Lissa)

I learned that when you have candy, instantly everyone becomes your friend. It makes a person feel good to have so many people wave at them.

If anyone needs help with the next parade, give us a call!
