Thanks to our good friends Dan and Holly who have things we didn't even know existed, we got an adaptable camera cord.
Here are some highlights of our trip across the country last month.
We spent the first night in Denver with my cousin Staci and her family. They were great hosts and it was so good to spend a little time with them (thanks Staci and Chris!). Not sure why I didn't get pictures of them - maybe on the way back.
We had to make sure each hotel we stayed at had a swimming pool. Alexa LOVED swimming with Brad each night. The Ramada Inn in Salina, Kansas has the best indoor swimming pool. It has a twisty slide. So, if you ever find yourself in the middle of Kansas needing a fun place to stay you should go there.

We got to stop at the Gateway Arch in St. Louis
It's so tall!
Here we are at the base of the arch. Our first family photo. Too bad our baby is covered up.
We went into the museum they have underneath it.
These are peace tokens that each president of the US had to give to the Indians.
Lexi really liked this horse. She wanted to pet it and just after I got done telling her we couldn't touch it (that's what the sign said) a family came up and started petting it. I then had a two-year-old that wasn't happy with me.

Looks like you've had some fun. We hope to see ya next month!
That must have broken her heart to see those other kids petting the horse!
Do you really expect us all to beleive there is a baby under that blanket? What do you think we are...stupid?
